Tursday, October 15th 2015 –  Les Tréteaux de Kingston present Théâtre sans animaux by Jean-Michel Ribes on October Thursday 29th, Friday 30th and Saturday 31st 2015 at 7:30pm at the Octave Theatre, 711 Dalton Avenue in Kingston.

Théâtre sans animaux: a play without animals where we observe humans as if we were watching a circus and instead of seeing a lion tamer, juggling seals, acrobats on horseback, we see humans interacting in everyday situations where something is slightly out of kilter.

How should you convince your husband to say Bravo ! to your sister who just got a standing ovation at the Comédie Française when he hated the play ?
A hairdresser and her customer are wondering : is life preordained or we are free ?
What happens when a half-ton pen falls through the roof of your house on a Saturday morning ?
A young woman wants to introduce her new husband to her colleagues but he wears a Louis The XV whig all the time.
Why are two accountants who work together side by side writing to each other ?
Only one tomato survived a terrible road accident.

These six scenes, slightly absurd will make you smile, think and entertain you !
